Our training methodology is based on a dynamic, adaptive approach that prioritises each student's unique learning needs, rather than a structured lesson plan. 

Comprising a team of dedicated professionals with vast experience in AT, they are not only adept at teaching but are also lifelong learners themselves. 

Transparency is central to our operations and we recognise the value of continuous assessment. STAT Northern trainers provide detailed weekly reports outlining session objectives and accomplishments.

     As soon as we receive contact from a student along with their DSA2 form, we immediately pair them with an experienced trainer. 

Beyond just teaching, our trainers guide, support, and empower students throughout their educational journey. 

Our open feedback channels allow students and partners to share their experiences, suggestions and concerns, ensuring that we're continually evolving and adapting.
